Heartsaver® CPR AED is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs CPR and AED training and a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can also be taken without a certification card by anyone who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency.

• If you are a non-clinical staff member employed by South Lyon Medical Center, please select the ‘Heartsaver® CPR AED – (South Lyon Medical Center Providers)’ option below.
• If you are a non-clinical member of the community not employed by South Lyon Medical Center, please select the ‘Heartsaver® CPR AED – (Public: Certification Class)’ option.
• If you are a non-clinical member of the community not employed by South Lyon Medical Center, and do not require a certification eCard, please select the ‘Heartsaver® CPR AED – (Public Class: No Certification)’ option.

Fees:

South Lyon Medical Center covers course fees for employees. Heartsaver® Workbooks for employees are available from the education library, with only the certification eCard fee being the employee’s responsibility.

Public certification courses are discounted and include the eCard certification; however, the required Heartsaver® Workbook is available at an additional cost.

Public “No Certification” courses sponsored by South Lyon Medical Center are FREE; however, the required Heartsaver® Workbook is available at an additional cost.
